Provide electronic diagnostic service, programming and adjusting. Repair lighting systems, install dual battery system, Solar , winches as well as Tracking system. Office administration, job card completion. Detail fault finding on all vehicle make including heavy equipment electrical and hydraulic systems on earth-moving , Trucks and Buses etc. Test equipment for quality assurance. Carry out investigation on CAN bus system, starting system, charging system, recondition wiring system, ABS system, Diesel particulate filter, 4WD system, Air-con system and Electronic fuel injection system. Conducting initial investigations to ensure smooth operations and respond to customers follow up periodically. Respond to call out and do on-site repairs independently, working in confine space.  Fleet inspection, fleet state report writing, accident assessment and vehicle termination. Carry out preventative maintenance, order replacement components and carry out stock taking. Annual License disc renewal and MDC. Demonstrate strong communication and ability to relate in layman's language to customers in all Namibian local languages to ensure trust and repeat business.

Respond to call out, general repair, servicing and maintenance of all electrical systems and components  Diagnose vehicles using computer aided diagnostic tools to program injectors, adaptive air suspension system, ABS, Aircon and more. Recondition and rewire vehicle electrical systems. Installation of dual battery system, DC –DC chargers and spotlights. Carry out inspections and perform routine electrical maintenance. Fault finding and test CAN bus system and restore communication with the right control module. Repair hard starting, charging system, ignition system ABS and parktronic system.
