Job Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for optimizing end‑to‑end logistics, inventory management and demand forecasting for De Beers’ operations in Namibia. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts in coordination with sales and production teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels, recommend optimal reorder points and safety stock calculations.
  • Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost‑effective transportation.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Support the implementation of ERP and supply chain management software enhancements.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

Salary
