Job Overview

British Council Namibia is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to manage and expand our educational outreach in Rehoboth. This role will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs that align with national and international learning standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate educational programs for schools and community organizations
  • Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify educational needs and priorities
  • Design curriculum materials and training resources for educators
  • Monitor program performance and report on outcomes to senior management
  • Organize workshops and training sessions for teachers and students
  • Ensure compliance with British Council and Namibian educational standards

Salary

120,000 – 150,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience.
