Job Overview

The Quantum Computing Research Engineer will join Microsoft Namibia’s Research & Development department to lead pioneering projects that explore quantum algorithms, error‑correction techniques, and integration of quantum processors with Microsoft’s Azure Quantum platform. This role involves close collaboration with global Microsoft research teams, local academic partners, and industry stakeholders to develop scalable quantum solutions that address complex challenges in finance, logistics, healthcare, and climate modeling. Key Responsibilities
