Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Health Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and integration of our digital health solutions across healthcare facilities in the Karibib region and surrounding areas. This role is critical in driving the digital transformation of healthcare delivery, ensuring that our technology solutions are effectively implemented, adopted, and utilized to their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of digital health solutions including electronic health records, telemedicine platforms, and health information systems
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and workflow analyses to ensure optimal system configuration
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and implementation strategies
- Provide expert training and support to healthcare staff on digital health systems and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders
- Monitor system performance and user adoption, implementing improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and security standards
- Document implementation processes, challenges, and solutions for continuous improvement
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for implemented systems
- Stay current with emerging digital health technologies and industry trends

Education

Additional certifications in project management (PMP), healthcare information systems (CPHIMS), or related fields will be considered advantageous.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital health implementation, healthcare IT project management, or related field. Experience working with electronic health records, health information systems, or telemedicine platforms is essential. Background in healthcare settings and understanding of clinical workflows is required. Experience in the Namibian healthcare system or similar emerging market contexts is highly desirable.
