We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainable Fashion Designer to join our team in Keetmanshoop, Namibia. As a Sustainable Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing sustainable fashion products that meet the company’s sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop sustainable fashion products that meet the company’s sustainability goals
- Work closely with the design team to create innovative and stylish designs that are environmentally friendly and socially responsible
- Conduct research on sustainable materials and production methods to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that products are produced in a sustainable and responsible manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and industry partners
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in fashion design, with a focus on sustainability
- Strong knowledge of sustainable materials and production methods
- Excellent design and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
