Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team in Khorixas, Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of sustainable infrastructure projects in Namibia, working closely with our clients, partners, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and effective solutions that meet the needs of local communities.
The Sustainable Infrastructure Development Manager will be responsible for managing the development of sustainable infrastructure projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable infrastructure development strategies that meet the needs of local communities
- Manage the development of sustainable infrastructure projects from concept to completion
- Work closely with clients, partners, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and effective solutions
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, architecture, urban planning)
- 5-10 years of experience in sustainable infrastructure development
- Proven track record of delivering successful sustainable infrastructure projects
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
