Job Overview

We are seeking a highly professional and charismatic Hospitality Guest Relations Specialist to join our team in Aus. This role is critical to our success, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for our high-end clientele. You will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, coordinating personalized itineraries, and ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience meets our rigorous standards of luxury. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote customized excursion packages for tourists visiting the southern desert regions.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Advanced problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • In-depth knowledge of local tourism attractions and travel logistics in Namibia.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field is required. Professional certifications in luxury service standards are highly advantageous.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a front-of-house or guest relations role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment. Proven experience in handling high-net-worth individuals is preferred.

Salary

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 18,500 SSP to 26,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
