Job Overview
The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) is a critical executive role responsible for overseeing the entire risk management framework of the organization. This position involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating various risks, including credit, market, operational, and liquidity risks. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee to ensure that the company’s risk appetite is aligned with its strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the integration of risk management into all business units and decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international regulatory requirements for the insurance sector.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of risk professionals.
- Collaborate with the audit and compliance departments to ensure a holistic view of organizational health.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in senior risk management roles within the financial services or insurance industry. Proven experience in an executive-level position is essential for this role.
Salary
The annual salary for this position is highly competitive, ranging from 850,000 SSP to 1,200,000 SSP, depending on the candidate’s expertise and track record.
