Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Geological Information Systems Specialist to join our team in Okahandja, Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining geological information systems, as well as providing technical support and training to our geology team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain geological information systems, including databases and software applications.
- Provide technical support and training to our geology team on the use of geological information systems.
- Collaborate with our geology team to develop and implement new geological information systems and technologies.
- Ensure that all geological information systems are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation and user manuals for geological information systems.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining geological information systems.
- Strong technical skills in geological information systems, including databases and software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide technical support and training to others.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining geological information systems.
