Job Overview
The Head of E‑Commerce Operations will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of Shoprite Namibia’s online retail platform. Reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer, this senior role will oversee all aspects of the e‑commerce business, including website management, mobile app development, digital marketing, logistics coordination, and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Proven leadership in e‑commerce operations, preferably within retail or FMCG sectors.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain integration for online retail.

Education

Experience
