Job Overview

The Rail Infrastructure Maintenance Supervisor will lead a skilled team responsible for the upkeep, inspection, and repair of rail tracks, bridges, and related structures within the Gobabis region. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for rail tracks, sleepers, ballast, bridges, and signaling equipment.

• Coordinate with the Engineering Department to schedule major repairs and upgrades.
• Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability for scheduled work.
