Job Overview

The Guest Experience Manager will lead the Guest Services team at the new Katima Mulilo lodge, ensuring every interaction reflects Wilderness’s standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute guest service standards that align with Wilderness’s brand promise.
  • Lead, mentor, and schedule the Guest Services team, ensuring high morale and performance.
  • Monitor guest feedback across all channels and implement corrective actions to exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Activities teams to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Manage front‑desk operations, reservations, and concierge services with precision.
