Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain server, storage, and networking equipment to ensure 99.99% uptime.
• Perform root‑cause analysis of incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for hardware deployments, firmware upgrades, and capacity expansions.
• Manage power, cooling, and environmental controls to meet sustainability targets.
• Document operational procedures, runbooks, and incident reports in compliance with AWS standards.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and Windows Server environments.
