Educational Requirements

• Professional certifications in fundraising, project management, or grant management will be advantageous.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in NGO management, fundraising, donor relations, business development, or international development.
• Demonstrated success in securing grants and managing donor partnerships.
• Experience working with international development organizations and funding agencies.
• Strong understanding of project implementation and sustainability frameworks.
