Salary: NAD 45,000 – NAD 85,000 per month (depending on qualifications, fundraising achievements, and NGO management experience)

Position Summary

The Namibia Nature Foundation is seeking an experienced NGO Growth Manager to drive organizational expansion, donor engagement, strategic partnerships, fundraising initiatives, program growth, and long-term sustainability.   • Professional certifications in fundraising, project management, or grant management will be advantageous.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in NGO management, fundraising, donor relations, business development, or international development.
  • Demonstrated success in securing grants and managing donor partnerships.
  • Experience working with international development organizations and funding agencies.
  • Strong understanding of project implementation and sustainability frameworks.
