1. Position Summary

A well-established BPO is seeking Dutch-speaking Sales Consultants to work fully remotely across Namibia. The role focuses on customer retention, subscription renewals, and upselling services to existing clients.

This is a performance-driven role offering a competitive base salary plus commission, ideal for candidates with strong sales ability and excellent customer engagement skills.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Retention & Engagement

  • Maintain proactive communication with existing customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Build long-term customer relationships

B. Sales & Upselling

  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service upgrades
  • Promote subscription renewals and additional packages
  • Maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling

C. Customer Needs Analysis

  • Analyse customer usage and preferences
  • Provide tailored solutions to enhance customer value
  • Address concerns and improve overall customer experience

3. Requirements

Language Skills

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1 level or higher) – mandatory

Experience

  • Previous experience in:
    • Sales
    • Customer service
    • Call centre / BPO environments (advantageous)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets (preferred)

5. Salary & Benefits

  • Base Salary: R40,560 (for 16 hours worked per month – as stated)
  • Commission: Performance-based earnings
  • Allowance: R300 (equipment maintenance support)

6. Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shifts between 08:00 – 21:00 (8-hour shifts)
  • Flexible options:
    • Part-time: 20 hours per week
    • Full-time: 40 hours per week

  • Stable internet and home office setup required
