Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and ratio assessments for prospective borrowers.
- Prepare detailed credit memorandums, including risk ratings, repayment capacity evaluation, and recommended loan structures.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to gather client information, understand business models, and identify financing needs.
- Monitor existing loan portfolios, identify early warning signals, and recommend remedial actions to mitigate credit risk.
- Stay updated on macro‑economic trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting the Namibian banking sector.
- Present credit proposals to the Credit Committee and respond to queries during the approval process.
- Maintain accurate records in the bank’s credit management system and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and credit scoring tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presenting findings.

Education

The ideal candidate will have 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in credit analysis, loan underwriting, or financial advisory within a banking or financial services environment. Salary
