Job Overview:As a Supply Chain Resilience Manager at DB Schenker Namibia, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the resilience of our supply chain operations. This will involve analyzing risks, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain resilience strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure successful execution
  • Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on resilience and risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
