Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Agriculture Extension Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing extension services to farmers, promoting sustainable agriculture practices, and contributing to the development of our extension programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide extension services to farmers on sustainable agriculture practices, including crop and animal production, soil conservation, and irrigation management.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for farmers on sustainable agriculture practices.
- Develop and implement extension programs to promote sustainable agriculture practices.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector companies, to promote sustainable agriculture practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of our extension programs on farmers’ productivity and livelihoods.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Extension, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in agricultural extension or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and extension methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
