Job Overview
The Automotive Service Manager will lead the service department at the Oshikango dealership, ensuring seamless operations, high customer satisfaction, and optimal profitability. Reporting directly to the Regional Service Director, the manager will oversee a team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff, driving performance through effective scheduling, quality control, and continuous training. This position plays a pivotal role in maintaining Toyota’s reputation for excellence, implementing best practices, and aligning service strategies with corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the service team to achieve monthly service targets and quality standards.
- Develop and manage service schedules, ensuring optimal utilisation of bays and technicians.
- Implement Toyota’s service protocols, warranty procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service revenue, labour efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle escalated customer complaints, providing swift resolutions and maintaining brand integrity.
- Coordinate with parts inventory to guarantee availability of genuine Toyota components.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean processes and cost‑reduction strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and environmental standards.

Salary
