Job Overview

The Risk Management Analyst will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial and operational risks within the bank’s portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Risk Management, the analyst will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop risk models, monitor key risk indicators, and support the implementation of risk mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk assessments for credit, market, and operational exposures.
  • Develop and maintain risk rating models, stress‑testing scenarios, and risk dashboards.
  • Monitor daily risk metrics and generate timely reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with business units to embed risk controls into product development and transaction processes.
  • Assist in regulatory compliance reporting and ensure adherence to Basel III and local banking regulations.
  • Participate in risk committee meetings, presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Support the continuous improvement of risk policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

Education

Salary
