Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Agriculture Specialist to join our team in Otavi, Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable agriculture practices, conducting research and analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote sustainable agriculture in Namibia.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, sustainability, and environmental science. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices and policies
- Conduct research and analysis on sustainable agriculture practices and their impact on the environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including farmers, government agencies, and NGOs, to promote sustainable agriculture in Namibia
- Develop and manage projects related to sustainable agriculture and environmental conservation
- Provide training and technical assistance to farmers and other stakeholders on sustainable agriculture practices
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sustainable agriculture, environmental conservation, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and environmental conservation principles
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
