Job Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our manufacturing facility in Keetmanshoet. This role is critical to our production lifecycle, ensuring that all manufactured components and systems adhere to strict quality protocols and client specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control processes, conducting rigorous testing, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production line. - Lead root cause analysis investigations for any quality failures or customer complaints.

- Advanced proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).

- In-depth knowledge of industrial manufacturing standards and safety regulations.

Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory. Candidates with advanced certifications in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing will be given preference.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment is required. Proven experience in managing quality audits and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) is highly desirable.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise.
