We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Conservation Biologist to join our team in Henties Bay, Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing conservation strategies to protect Namibia’s marine ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement conservation strategies to protect Namibia’s marine ecosystems
- Conduct research and monitoring programs to inform conservation decisions
- Collaborate with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective conservation solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to WWF staff and partners
- Develop and manage project budgets and reports
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in Marine Biology, Ecology, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in marine conservation
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective conservation strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders
