The Agricultural Extension Officer will be responsible for providing extension services to farmers in the Otjiwarongo area. The successful candidate will work closely with farmers, providing technical advice and support on sustainable farming practices, crop management, and animal husbandry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, with experience in extension services or a related field. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with farmers and other stakeholders, and have a strong commitment to promoting sustainable agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide extension services to farmers in the Otjiwarongo area, including technical advice and support on sustainable farming practices, crop management, and animal husbandry.
• Conduct farm visits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to farmers.
• Develop and implement extension programs and projects to promote sustainable agriculture and improve productivity.

Required Skills

• At least 3-5 years of experience in extension services or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
