We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team in Ongwediva, Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process for our operations in Namibia, including sourcing and purchasing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for our operations in Namibia, including sourcing and purchasing goods and services
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the best possible value for our customers
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities are aligned with business objectives
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the market and industry trends

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. procurement, logistics, business administration)
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
