Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, installation, and testing of advanced avionics suites for a variety of aircraft models.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules to minimize aircraft downtime and maximize safety.
- Oversee the troubleshooting of complex electronic failures and provide definitive technical solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to ICAO and national aviation authority safety standards and regulations.
- Manage the procurement of high-precision electronic components and coordinate with global suppliers.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians through structured technical workshops and on-the-job training.
- Analyze flight data and system logs to predict potential failures and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with flight crews to optimize cockpit ergonomics and system interfaces.
Required Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of Fly-by-Wire systems and Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA).
- Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and spectrum analyzers.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of RF communications, GPS, and inertial navigation systems.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills under high-pressure scenarios.
- Fluency in English with the ability to draft complex technical reports and manuals.

Education
The candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Avionics, or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
