Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of integrated online marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Naspers’ portfolio of products and services in Namibia. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage external agencies, and ensure that all digital initiatives align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Lead a team of digital specialists, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate spend across channels, and optimize ROI through data‑driven analysis.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and data visualization software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy.
  • Leadership and team‑building capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment.

Education

Minimum of five years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least two years in a managerial or supervisory role. Demonstrated success in leading multi‑channel campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes is essential.

Salary

The position offers a competitive salary range of SSP 250,000 to 350,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the compensation package.
