Job Overview
The Wealth Management Associate will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized financial advisory services to high‑net‑worth clients in the northern region of Namibia. Reporting to the Head of Wealth Management, the associate will assist in portfolio construction, investment research, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans for individual and family clients, aligning with their risk tolerance and investment objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities across equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and alternative assets.
- Prepare detailed investment proposals, performance reports, and risk assessments for client review.
- Collaborate with senior wealth managers and product specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
- Monitor client portfolios, execute trade orders, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide ongoing client education through seminars, webinars, and one‑on‑one consultations.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities for banking, insurance, and credit products.
- Maintain accurate records in the bank’s CRM system and ensure data integrity.

Education

Candidates should possess 2‑4 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory roles. Experience with high‑net‑worth clientele and a proven track record of portfolio growth are essential.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 250,000 to SSP 350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Performance‑based bonuses and incentives are also part of the remuneration structure.
