Job Overview

As a 5G Network Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance 5G network solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity, optimize network efficiency, and support the deployment of next-generation telecommunications infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in network engineering and a passion for emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize 5G network configurations to maximize performance and coverage.
  • Analyze network performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Document network processes, standards, and best practices for internal use.
  • Stay updated on global 5G advancements and recommend strategic improvements.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in 5G network architecture and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in network performance analysis tools (e.g., Atoll, NetAct).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications regulations and industry standards.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications in 5G technologies (e.g., 5G NR, RAN optimization) are a plus.

Experience

3–5 years of experience in network optimization, preferably in 4G/5G environments. Experience with network planning and deployment projects is highly desirable.

Salary

120,000 – 150,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
