Job Overview

The Audit Senior will join KPMG Namibia’s Audit & Assurance department in Keetmanshoop, providing leadership on audit engagements for a range of clients in sectors such as mining, finance, manufacturing, and public sector. Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through reporting for clients across various industries.
• Assess internal controls, identify risk areas, and develop audit strategies that address client-specific challenges.
• Prepare and review audit workpapers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with professional standards.
• Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and financial implications to senior management and client stakeholders.
• Supervise and coach junior auditors, providing feedback and fostering professional development.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures as required.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

Education
