Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly qualified and strategic Chief Metallurgist to lead our mineral processing division in Keetmanshoop. This critical role involves overseeing complex metallurgical processes to maximize diamond recovery and ensure the highest quality of output. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of diamond recovery metallurgical circuits to maximize yield and grade.
• Oversee large-scale pilot plant testing and laboratory metallurgical investigations.
• Manage the metallurgical budget and ensure cost-effective processing operations.
• Implement advanced process control systems to monitor real-time recovery metrics.
• Collaborate with the mining and geology departments to optimize ore feed characteristics.
