Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our team in Otjiwarongo, Namibia. As a Digital Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective digital learning experiences for learners of all ages.
In this role, you will work closely with our team of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technologists to create innovative and interactive learning solutions that meet the needs of our learners. You will also be responsible for conducting research and analysis to inform the design of our digital learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging and effective digital learning experiences for learners of all ages
- Conduct research and analysis to inform the design of our digital learning experiences
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technologists to create innovative and interactive learning solutions
- Develop and maintain design documentation and specifications
- Participate in the testing and quality assurance of digital learning experiences
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5 years of experience in digital learning design or a related field
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
