Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive e-learning modules aligned with national curriculum standards
  • Collaborate with educators to identify training needs and learning outcomes
  • Integrate multimedia elements (videos, animations, quizzes) into digital content
  • Conduct user testing and refine materials based on feedback
  • Maintain content libraries and ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in LMS platforms (Moodle, Canvas) and authoring tools (Articulate, Camtasia)
  • Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and adult learning theories
  • Creative problem-solving and project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English and basic knowledge of local Namibian languages

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. Advanced certification in e-learning development (e.g., Adobe Captivate) is a plus.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in educational content development, preferably in digital or hybrid learning environments. Experience with STEM education or vocational training is advantageous.

Salary

120,000 – 150,000 SSP per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
