Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement energy storage systems (ESS) for solar and wind projects
- Conduct technical evaluations of battery technologies and system performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate storage solutions with existing infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with national and international energy storage standards
- Monitor and analyze system efficiency to optimize energy output
Required Skills
- Proven experience in energy storage system design and deployment
- Strong understanding of electrical grid systems and renewable energy integration
- Proficiency in CAD software and energy modeling tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Project management capabilities for large-scale energy projects
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) in energy systems are a plus.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in energy storage systems engineering, preferably in renewable energy projects. Experience with lithium-ion or flow battery technologies is advantageous.
Salary
50,000 – 70,000 SSP annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
