Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial inclusion strategies to increase access to financial services for underserved communities
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for financial inclusion
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver financial products and services that meet the needs of underserved communities
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of financial inclusion initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration
• At least 5 years of experience in financial inclusion or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial inclusion strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
