Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Renewable Energy Systems Integration Engineer to join our team in Otavi, Namibia. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating renewable energy systems for our clients. You will work closely with our sales, project management, and installation teams to ensure that our systems meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop renewable energy systems, including wind and solar power systems
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine the suitability of renewable energy systems for our clients
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop proposals and bids for new projects
- Work with our project management team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with our clients, including providing technical support and training
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in the design, development, and integration of renewable energy systems
- Strong knowledge of wind and solar power systems, including their design, installation, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Experience
5-10 years of experience in the design, development, and integration of renewable energy systems
