Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, inventory, and foot‑traffic data to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real‑time visibility into key operational metrics for store managers and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and reduce out‑of‑stock incidents.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with merchandising standards, planogram execution, and operational procedures.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product availability.
- Support the implementation of new POS systems, digital pricing tools, and inventory management technologies.
- Prepare monthly performance reports that highlight trends, successes, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Assist in the development of promotional strategies by analyzing historical campaign data and consumer behavior.
- Work closely with the finance department to reconcile sales data and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects aimed at improving the overall customer experience and operational excellence.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Salary
