Key Responsibilities

  • Directly manage and optimize the deployment of the regional heavy-duty vehicle fleet to ensure maximum utilization.
  • Implement advanced route optimization strategies to reduce fuel consumption and transit times.
  • Oversee driver training programs focusing on safety, fuel efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure fleet longevity.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions in the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with customs and border officials to ensure smooth transit through Oshikango.

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 45,000 SSP to 65,000 SSP, depending on experience and qualifications.
