Job Overview

The Solar Farm Operations Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day performance of NamPower’s flagship solar installation located near Otjiwarongo. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operational team to achieve maximum solar farm availability and performance.
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for PV modules, inverters, and balance‑of‑system components.
• Monitor real‑time plant data, analyze performance metrics, and generate actionable reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and NamPower’s internal policies.
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain to secure spare parts and consumables.
