Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Agriculture Extension Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and training to farmers on sustainable agriculture practices, with a focus on improving crop yields and reducing environmental impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, excellent communication skills, and experience working with farmers and rural communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and training to farmers on sustainable agriculture practices
- Conduct field visits to assess farm conditions and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs for farmers on sustainable agriculture practices
- Collaborate with other stakeholders, including government agencies and NGOs, to promote sustainable agriculture practices
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of sustainable agriculture practices on farm productivity and environmental sustainability
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in agriculture, with a focus on sustainable agriculture practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with farmers and rural communities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
