Job Overview
The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating compelling store displays that attract customers, drive sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute weekly and monthly visual merchandising plans for all product categories.
- Set up promotional displays, window installations, and point‑of‑sale signage in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure new product launches are showcased effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust displays to maximize product turnover.
- Train store staff on visual standards and proper maintenance of displays.
- Conduct regular store walks to assess visual compliance and recommend improvements.
- Analyze sales data to evaluate the impact of visual strategies and refine approaches.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe merchandising environment.

Education

Salary
