Key Job Responsibilities (JD)
Financial Planning & Budget Management
- Develop and manage financial plans, operational budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor company spending and ensure proper budget utilization.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Present financial summaries and insights to senior management.
Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and internal company policies.
- Monitor bookkeeping, reconciliations, tax reporting, and audit preparation activities.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and reporting standards.
Cash Flow & Cost Management
- Manage company cash flow, expenses, and cost control initiatives.
- Identify financial risks and implement measures to improve financial stability.
- Support procurement and expenditure monitoring processes.
Team Collaboration & Financial Leadership
- Work closely with internal departments to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Support junior finance staff and ensure adherence to financial procedures.
- Participate in process improvement and financial system optimization initiatives.

Audit & Risk Management
- Assist with internal and external audits by maintaining organized financial records.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure accurate financial controls to minimize operational risks.
Education Requirements
Applicants must possess:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Additional certifications in Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, or Auditing will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience in finance management, accounting, budgeting, auditing, bookkeeping, financial reporting, or corporate finance.
- Previous experience within financial services, insurance, banking, corporate organizations, or multinational companies is preferred.
- Practical experience in financial software, reporting systems, and compliance procedures will be beneficial.
