Who You Are
You are an outgoing, confident B2C sales professional who loves talking to people and building rapport quickly. You have strong experience selling directly to individual consumers and families—not just businesses—and understand how to navigate emotional or sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism. You are energetic, persuasive without being pushy, resilient in handling objections, and motivated by exceeding targets. You thrive in a remote environment and take ownership of your results.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls to engage individual consumers and families.
- Qualify leads by understanding personal needs, urgency, and decision drivers.
- Handle objections confidently while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Schedule qualified consultations for the care team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Represent the brand with integrity and compassion at all times.
