Key Responsibilities:

Regulatory & Compliance Duties:
- Ensure compliance with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements
- Maintain adherence to industry regulations and internal policies
- Hold or work towards RE5 regulatory certification (if required)
- Ensure ethical and transparent financial advisory practices
Digital & CRM Usage:
- Use digital platforms and CRM systems for client management
- Update client information and track sales activities accurately
- Leverage technology tools to improve sales efficiency
- Support data-driven decision-making through system usage
Performance & Target Achievement:
- Work towards clearly defined sales targets and KPIs
- Demonstrate resilience in a performance-driven environment
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Participate in training and development programs
Candidate Profile:
- Grade 12 (Matric) is essential
- Post-matric qualification in Finance, Business, or related field (advantageous)
- Experience in insurance sales, financial services, or client service roles
- Strong sales track record with target achievement ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
