Key Responsibilities

Minimum of 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a manufacturing or agro-processing setting. Experience in scaling production operations in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Salary
The position offers a competitive salary range of 42,000 to 55,000 Namibian Dollars (SSP) per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
