Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the livestock farm, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and sustainable farming practices.
  • Develop and implement farm management plans, including crop rotation, soil conservation, and animal nutrition.
  • Supervise and train farm staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control farm expenses, ensuring the farm operates within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure the farm’s products meet customer requirements.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in livestock farm management.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable farming practices and animal welfare standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
