Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our team in Gobabis, Namibia. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers and learners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and digital learning technologies. They will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative digital learning solutions that meet the needs of our customers and learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our customers and learners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative digital learning solutions
• Conduct needs analysis and learner research to inform the design of digital learning experiences
• Develop storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital learning experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of digital learning content

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, adult learning theory, and digital learning technologies
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design models, and digital learning technologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
