Job Overview
The Environmental Policy Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and developing environmental policies and strategies to support the World Bank’s environmental sustainability goals. The analyst will work closely with the environmental team to identify and assess environmental risks and opportunities, and develop recommendations for policy and program development.
The analyst will also be responsible for conducting research and analysis on environmental policy issues, and providing technical assistance to World Bank staff and clients on environmental policy matters.

- Conduct research and analysis on environmental policy issues
- Develop and implement environmental policies and strategies
- Identify and assess environmental risks and opportunities

- Collaborate with the environmental team to develop and implement environmental sustainability initiatives
Required Skills
- Master’s degree in environmental policy, environmental science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in environmental policy analysis and development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
