Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our team in Katima Mulilo, Namibia. The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental science and a proven track record of delivering high-quality environmental consulting services. The Environmental Consultant will work closely with our clients to identify and mitigate environmental risks, and to develop sustainable solutions that meet their business needs.

The Environmental Consultant will be responsible for conducting environmental impact assessments, developing environmental management plans, and providing environmental training and capacity building services to our clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, and will be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop environmental management plans for clients in various sectors
  • Provide environmental training and capacity building services to clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures for clients
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and reporting for clients
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated environmental consulting services

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in environmental consulting or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality environmental consulting services
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
